Trifecta Cooks

“Trifecta” describes the partnership of Lai Chao, Ryan Gallego, and Jason Artajos, whom after their time at Morimoto Napa developed a shared passion for Japanese cuisine and look to perfect their craft—thus forming Trifecta Cooks. The dishes that they create are an ode to the simplicity in traditional Japanese cuisine with a new age complexity. MTCA designed a logo and brand identity that combines both Trifecta Cooks’ history and philosophy in food. The logo reflects the craftsmanship of each dish and contrast of flavors between traditional and modern Japanese cuisine. The brand reflects Trifecta Cooks’ use of intricate flavors, balanced ingredients, and the luxurious experience they provide.
